Hotel accommodations include bed, full Israeli buffet breakfast and 15% service charge.
Official check-in time for hotels is 15:00 and check-out is 12:00.
All requests for accommodations must be prepaid.

The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.


All cancellations must be received in writing, via email or fax.

Registration cancellations received before January 25, 2018 are subject to a service charge and bank fee of $60.
No refunds will be made on cancellations received after January 25, 2018.

Hotel cancellations:
before January 25 – full refund less $50
– between January 25 and February 10 – one night cancellation fee
– after February 10 – no refund

Tours may not be canceled after February 10.

All refunds will be processed after the conference.
